Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or the date a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the Order unless otherwise agreed upon. No fees will be applied for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Goods that are perishable, expired, or deteriorating rapidly.
  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy

  • Regular-Priced Items: Refunds are issued for eligible items.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are also refundable.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product for a new one by contacting us directly via email, phone, or the contact form on our website. Exchanges must comply with the return conditions specified above.

Returning Goods

For your protection, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed without proof of return delivery or receipt of the Goods.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return’s value. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
